I am truly happy to have the opportunity to share the practice of yoga!
I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, as well as Restorative Yoga.
With the belief that yoga is accessible to EVERYONE, I adapt to the individuals who come to my classes and I am always open to discussing before or after the class. (age, body injuries, level of practice, traumas, sensitivity...)
For me, it is above all a moment of profound sharing, and interacting with the yogis coming to my classes brings me pure joy.
