Yoga is a way of life and an essential practice in my life today. I have been practicing asanas (postures), combining them with breathing and meditation, for a few years now, and this practice greatly contributes to my physical and mental health. I learn tolerance, perseverance, determination, discipline, patience, self-love, and self-worth. I strengthen my deep muscles, tone my body, massage my internal organs, practice self-massage,... I give myself time, I let go and get to know myself.
The training I attended confirmed the importance of this practice and philosophy in my life. I was deeply moved, transformed, and honored by the energy of the sharing and learning experiences.
